SERVICES

Crescent Counseling & Casework Services, Inc. provides a structured framework driven by therapeutic evidenced based treatment, which improves the child’s level of functioning in the home, school, and community. We build a trusting relationship with our client’s families to promote their positive involvement in society. An individualized service plan promotes the healthy development of the client and guides the process.

Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS)

Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) is a program for those individuals who suffer from mental illness and lack basic living skills, those who need connections to community resources and require help in managing their psychiatric symptoms.

CCCS will develop individualized support plans that are specific to the client’s needs, a plan with an emphasis on managing psychiatric symptoms and establishing consistent medication management.

MHSS is designed to improve a client’s well-being by helping to establish a support network of safety, provides education and works on empowering the client to increase overall quality of life by managing and controlling symptoms. Our services include extensive collaboration with needed community resources and supports.

Intensive In-Home (IIH)

IIH services are time-limited therapeutic intervention services for adolescents and youth who are at high risk of out of home placement in professional treatment centers or foster care due to serious behavioral health challenges.

IIH services seek to prevent these out-of-home placements when possible and preserve normal family living arrangements using in-home supports and interventions. For youth who have already in foster care, IIH Services can help them integrate with their foster families by providing the tools they need to remain in the home.

Outpatient Counseling (OPT)

Providing therapy and support to clients in either one-on-one or group settings for a set period of time. OPT can be used to address trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships issues, couples, etc.
