    Crescent Counseling & Casework Services Inc. will work with each client and family to decide the best payment option for you.   • Do I have to come to you for therapy?
    No, for Intensive In-Home and Mental health Skill Building we are willing to provide therapy in your home, in the community and other requested locations. FIRST Recovery (Roanoke) and our Outpatient Counseling services (both locations) are provided at our offices. ABA is provided in the client's home.
  • What are your hours? Can I come in during the evening or on weekends?
    Monday- 9:00am-4:00pm Tuesday- 9:00am-4:00pm Wednesday- 9:00am-4:00pm Thursday- 9:00am-4:00pm Friday- 9:00am-4:00pm Our counselors are availabe 24/7
