Hello, my name is Rodney T. Malone and I am currently the owner and Director of Crescent Counseling & Casework Services (CCCS) in Virginia Beach, VA.  I have worked as a mental health professional for over 28 years.  I am a graduate of Ferrum College, Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University, and Redding University.

I was employed as an Outreach Counselor for 13 years where I worked in the community and the court system with troubled juveniles. In my 22 years with The City of Norfolk, I moved into administration with Assistant Superintendent duties for 3 years.

In 2008, I started Crescent Counseling & Casework Services. CCCS provides Intensive In-Home services for juveniles with mental health challenges. CCCS also provides Mental Health Skill Building Services for adults and Outpatient counseling. We have currently added ABA services for autistic patients as well.

CCCS works closely with area schools, provides supplies and activities as well as services. We are a community-driven company that supports the area Food Banks, local churches with funding for many needy and deserving families in the 757 and 540 areas.
